Notes
A very successful wine with intensely dark color and sophisticated nose. Merlot offers color and velvet. Excellent quality, appearance, strict robustness and spicy aromas are the gifts of Xinomavro. As it opens, it unfolds aromas of dried red fruits and wood with notes of spices and skin.

Vineyard: Privately owned vineyards of about 50 acres, at an altitude of 250 m.

Microclimate: Rainy winters, dry and hot summers
Winemaking: The two varieties are vinified and aged separately. After 12 months, the two wines are blended into French oak barrels. .
