LEXIS G GRIS SUR LIE
Pale salmon color with gray highlights. Intense aromas of citrus and wildflowers in the nose. Crispy on the palate, with citrus aromas, rose petals and pink grapefruit, white pepper, lemon blossom and rose water. Long finish with a sense of Rose locum.

Vinification: pre-fermentation cold soak maceration for 10 hours. Fermentation at controlled low temperature in stainless tanks.
Ageing: Matured on its lees for 6 months in stainless tanks.
Residual Sugar: 2gr/lit
Serving Temperature: 44-50 °F.
Food Pairing: Sea food risotto, mesclun salads, sushi, Asian-fusion cuisine, grilled salmon.
